Employee Relations Officer – On-Site
We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented Employee Relations Officer to help build a positive work culture, enhance employee engagement, and align staff with company values.
Job Responsibilities:
- Mediate between employees and management to ensure fair and timely resolution of concerns
- Conduct and document coaching sessions to support employee development and motivation
- Respond to emails and calls professionally and in a timely manner
- Plan and implement engagement initiatives such as team-building, internal programs, and company events
- Coordinate and execute company-wide events and assemblies
- Recommend employee programs that align with company objectives
- Assist in creating action plans to boost engagement and workplace satisfaction
- Propose improvements to HR systems, policies, and organizational processes
- Provide risk mitigation reminders and address issues that may impact operations
- Help develop, review, and implement HR policies and company guidelines
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulations
- Securely handle and maintain confidential employee and company records
- Prepare reports, schedules, and documents related to employee engagement
- Support recruitment by assisting in candidate screening and interviews
- Identify training needs and assist in creating development programs
- Conduct orientations and support automation of onboarding processes
- Utilize Google Suite and other tools for reporting, scheduling, and documentation
- Design presentations and materials using Canva or similar platforms
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication across departments
