Position: Employee Relations Officer
Work Location: On-site – Batangas City

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Employee Relations Officer to help foster a positive and productive workplace. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting employee satisfaction and organizational alignment through the following responsibilities:
- Mediate concerns between employees and management to ensure fair and timely resolutions
- Conduct and document coaching sessions to support and motivate employees
- Respond to emails and calls professionally and efficiently
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, programs, and events
- Plan and execute team-building activities that strengthen workplace culture
- Propose and strategize employee-focused programs aligned with business objectives
- Assist in the planning and coordination of company-wide events and assemblies
- Create strategic action plans to support company initiatives and employee engagement
- Develop or enhance systems and processes to increase HR efficiency
- Provide proactive reminders and risk alerts to protect business operations
- Assist in policy creation, review, and implementation to ensure compliance
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and relevant government regulations
- Maintain confidentiality of employee records and company documentation
- Prepare reports, schedules, and documentation related to employee matters
- Screen and interview candidates for critical internal positions
- Identify training needs and support learning and development efforts
- Conduct new hire orientations and automate onboarding processes when possible
- Use Google Suite and other platforms for documentation, scheduling, and reporting
- Create visual presentations using tools such as Canva or equivalent software
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration across departments

- High level of ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Adaptable, creative, and detail-oriented
- Team player with leadership potential
- Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, etc.)
- Knowledge of Canva or other visual editing tools is a plus
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements
- Experience conducting or automating orientation processes
