Alta Vista de Boracay, owned and managed by DMCI PDI Hotels is looking for an Executive Housekeeper! The successful candidate will be hired by DMCI PDI Hotels.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure overall upkeep of the hotel and optimal performance of the housekeeping team according to the set hotel standards
- Provide exceptional housekeeping services to ensure great customer experience.
- Delegate housekeeping personnel to room and common areas of the hotel and ensure the implementation of proper housekeeping protocols
- Ensure all housekeeping equipment, inventories, and physical assets are accounted, maintained and well kept
- Oversee the effective hiring, training and development of housekeeping staff assigned in the hotel
- Provide timely and quality assistance to hotel guests as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferably a graduate of Tourism, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or any related course.
- With at least 5 years work experience as Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager in the Hotel industry
- Must have excellent and effective verbal communication and public relations skills.
- Must be diligent, keen to details, resourceful, highly organized and can work with minimal supervision
- Preferably a resident of Boracay or nearby areas
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
