About the Role
We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join our growing team at VERA Dental Clinic. This role will support the Finance Department in managing patient payments, processing HMO receivables, handling branch financial reports, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day financial operations across all branches.
Job Description
- Process and record patient payments (cash, card, GCash, bank transfers).
- Monitor daily sales reports from branches and reconcile collections.
- Handle HMO claims and receivables, and coordinate with external partners.
- Manage receivables and payables with third-party suppliers (e.g., X-ray labs, dental laboratories, etc.).
- Compute and process dentists' commissions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Record and bookkeep company expenses, ensuring proper safekeeping of official receipts.
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Support compliance with government requirements (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Finance Manager.
Requirements
- Graduate of Accounting or Finance.
- Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or finance (experience in clinic/healthcare is a plus).
- Knowledge in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy in handling confidential data.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Willing to work at Don Jose Building, Tagaytay Road, Santa Rosa Laguna before ALL HOME STA. ROSA
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
