QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, Legal Management, or a related field.
- With working experience and expertise in tax compliance
- Proven experience (e.g., 3-5 years) in a finance, accounting, or paralegal role.
- Demonstrable experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Experience with financial compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Comprehensive knowledge of corporate law, contracts, and compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail for proofreading legal and financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Adept at drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, including contracts, resolutions, and corporate filings.
