handles a wide range of financial tasks to support the overall financial health and operations of an organization. This includes maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Record Keeping and Data Entry: Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions, including daily transactions, invoices, and receipts.
- Financial Reporting: Preparing various financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements, general ledger accounts, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting with the preparation and management of budgets, as well as forecasting future financial performance.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Managing the process of paying invoices and collecting payments from customers.
