About the Role:
We are seeking a Finance Supervisor to join our growing team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in finance, combined with hands-on experience in construction or a related field. This role plays a key part in ensuring the financial integrity and operational efficiency of our projects and company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies
- Monitor and manage project budgets and cost control
- Collaborate with project managers and other departments for financial planning and analysis
- Support the audit process and liaise with external auditors
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior finance staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required)
- CPA license is a strong advantage
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a construction or related industry
- Solid understanding of project-based accounting and cost tracking
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
