Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience managing a truck fleet, preferably in fuel or hazardous materials transport
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations in the Philippines (LTFRB, LTO, DOE, DENR, etc.)
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Experience with fleet management software or GPS tracking systems
- Knowledge of preventive vehicle maintenance and basic mechanical troubleshooting
- Willing to travel or be assigned on-site as necessary and on-call travel in cases of emergency and incidents.
- Must be willing to work during weekends, holidays and shifting schedule.
- Must be residing in/near Mariveles, Bataan.
Job Description:
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of fuel truck drivers and dispatchers
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of fuel to clients and company depot
- Plan and monitor fleet schedules, routes, and logistics to optimize efficiency
- Oversee preventive maintenance and repair of vehicles to minimize downtime
- Monitor fuel consumption, driver behavior, and fleet performance via telematics/GPS
- Ensure all trucks are compliant with LTFRB, LTO, and DOE regulations
- Maintain updated records of registrations, permits, and insurance of fleet vehicles
- Manage driver recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation
- Investigate and resolve vehicle incidents, accidents, or delays
- Work closely with the safety officer to enforce health, safety, and environmental policies
- Coordinate with suppliers for fuel, parts, and service providers
- Prepare and submit reports on fleet performance, costs, and operational metric
