Puerto Community Hospital is seeking a Hospital Administrator for employment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
- Professional certification in healthcare management is an advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospital administration or healthcare management.
- Proven track record in managing hospital operations, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in supervising medical and non-medical staff.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of healthcare policies, hospital operations, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to manage hospital budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation.
- Proficiency in hospital management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Understanding of quality assurance, patient care standards, and risk management.
- Familiarity with accreditation and licensing processes for healthcare facilities.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with medical staff, stakeholders, and government agencies.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle crises effectively.
