Job Description:
To supervise the effective and efficient delivery of hotel products and services in accordance with guest expectations and established standards and procedures.
Functional / Technical Competencies:
- Maintaining Guest Relations
- Providing Accommodation Reception Service
- Performing Housekeeping Services
- Providing Food and Beverage
- Monitoring Asset Repairs and Maintenance Minimum
Job Specifications:
- College graduate or non-College graduate but with extensive years of experience in the Hotel industry
- With at least year/s work experience as Operations Supervisor in any hotel or service-oriented organization.
