Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM) or Hospitality Management, or any related field
- Preferably 3 to 5 years in housekeeping or a similar role is expected, including supervisory or managerial experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication (both oral and written).
- Solid organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail abilities.
- Proficiency with hospitality systems such as PMS and standard Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledgeable of hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
