HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
- Take charge of all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that adhere to legal requirements and industry best practices.
- Proactively address employee needs and concerns, offering guidance and support to foster a harmonious and uplifting work environment.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand their talent requirements and provide assistance throughout the recruitment and selection process.
- Drive engaging initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and cultivate a strong sense of belonging.
- Design and deliver training programs to boost employee skills and promote continuous professional growth.
- Ensure strict compliance with labor laws and regulations, meticulously maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Stay abreast of HR trends and industry best practices, offering innovative approaches to enhance our HR processes and policies.
Other assigned tasks:

- Facilitate booking of accommodations and travel
ADMIN MANAGER
Administrative Manager serves as the point person for maintenance and security. He/she is also responsible for all human resource activities to include employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, and corporate activities. He/she is also the person-in-charge to ensure cafeteria operations adhere to legal standards and in-house policies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plans, organizes and evaluates the safety and security operations of campuses such as signages, cleanliness, traffic and visitor’s pass.
- Coordinate all repair and installations activities (telecommunications, electricity etc.).
- Manage the maintenance of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
- Plan workload of maintenance staff.
- Coordinates with the security agency.
- Prepare job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
- Interview job applicants; review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications.
- Prepares employment contracts.
- Maintain and update employee records according to policy and legal requirements.(201 files)
- Prepare and maintain company salary structure and job documentation.
- Design and conduct new employee orientations.
- Administer and explain benefits to employees.
- Monitors adherence by all employees to policies and code of conduct.
- Issues memos pertaining to company policies including disciplinary action for employees.
- Coordinates with the insurance company on all transactions related to insurances of employees and students.
- Ensure cafeteria operations adhere to legal standards and in-house policies.
- Serve as coordinator of school service concessionaires.
- Prepare necessary reports and keep financial and non-financial records.
- Perform other duties as required.
Job Specifications:
: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or in any related courses from a reputable college or university.
Have at least five (5) years of experience in Human Resource Management or have a background of demonstrated service and competence in his previous field of endeavor.
Well-organized with excellent leadership qualities; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Problem-solving and decision-making skills; Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
