Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
Job Posting and Advertisement:
- Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
- Ensure job descriptions are accurate, updated, and in compliance with employment laws.
Candidate Assessment:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Administer pre-employment assessments or tests if required.
- Conduct reference checks and verify candidate credentials.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate regularly with candidates to keep them informed of the status of their application.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing the hiring process.
- Prepare and present regular recruitment reports to management.
Onboarding Support:
- Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate the smooth onboarding of new hires.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure new employees have the necessary tools and resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment.
