1. Assists in all recruitment activities of the following departments such as:
· Sourcing activities like preparation of hiring ads, manning campus and job fairs.
· Screens and classify resumes.
· Process priority applicants.
· Administers exams, and endorse qualified applicants for further interviews
· Assists in preparing documents for new applicants, doing background check and orientation.
2. Provide assistance in other functions of the department such as but not limited to the following:
· Attendance monitoring.
· Companywide activities (Christmas Party and Company Outing)
· Drafting memorandum and policies.
3. Provides assistance to employees such as:
· Preparation of ID’s
· Attends to their queries.
4. Maintain employee files and HR filling system.
5. Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation and performs other related functions as directed
by immediate head
6. Perform other related duties as required.
