Job Description:
- Process new hire paperwork and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
- Collaborate with HR team members to implement best practices and improve HR processes.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or similar role, with a focus on HR processes and employee relations.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proven experience in employee relations, with a track record of successfully resolving conflicts and promoting positive workplace dynamics.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to empathize, influence, and inspire others.
- A keen eye for detail and a knack for navigating complex situations with grace and tact.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
