We are looking for an IT Systems Analyst with at least 2 years of comprehensive experience in both network and systems administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems and networks to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and deploy network and systems solutions to meet business needs and objectives.
- Perform ongoing monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of IT systems and networks to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
- Perform Windows and Server updates as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to IT systems, networks, and applications in a timely manner.
- Implement and enforce best practices, standards, and policies for IT systems and network administration.
- Collaborate with other teams, stakeholders, and vendors to support project initiatives and ensure seamless integration of systems and networks.
- Provide assistance and support to our Hawaii offices.
- Use JIRA or similar ticketing systems for task management, issue tracking, and project coordination.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Network and Systems administration.
- Has hands-on experience working on Windows servers and updates.
- Has hands-on experience working on Linux OS Systems.
- Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as Microsoft Azure and Google Workspace
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues across multiple systems and platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to support project initiatives and meet business requirements.
