About the Role
We are building our Training & Development team at Daqmatts Marketing Corporation, and we are looking for an L&D Lead/Manager to design and drive learning programs that boost sales performance, improve compliance, and develop future leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual Training & Development plan in line with business goals
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and translate gaps into programs
- Design and deliver blended learning: online, microlearning, field coaching
- Oversee compliance training (Occupational Safety and Health, Safe Spaces, Data Privacy)
- Mentor Trainers, Hub Champions, Van Selling Champions and Subject-Matter Experts
- Report training effectiveness and business impact to Management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month

Experience:
