Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle, end-to-end payroll processing for [bi-weekly/semi-monthly/monthly] payrolls for [U.S. and/or international] employees.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee wages, bonuses, commissions, and deductions.
Maintain payroll records and systems in compliance with company policy and legal requirements.
Serve as the point of contact for employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner.
Coordinate payroll-related activities with HR, Finance, and external vendors (e.g., benefits providers, tax agencies).
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
Prepare and review payroll reports and reconciliations; support financial audits and reporting.
Lead or participate in payroll system implementations, upgrades, or transitions.
Stay current with changes in tax laws, labor laws, and other regulations affecting payroll.

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years of end-to-end payroll experience, preferably in a multi-state or multi-entity environment.
Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations, tax withholdings, and compliance standards.
Experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom, Workday, UKG, Paychex).
Working knowledge of accounting principles related to payroll.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in Excel and payroll reporting.
CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification is a plus.
