- Merchandising Operations
- Plan and implement merchandising strategies in alignment with company goals.
- Monitor the display, stocking, and replenishment of products in stores.
- Ensure all products are properly priced, labeled, and presented according to brand guidelines.
- Coordination and Communication
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and store staff to manage inventory levels.
- Act as a liaison between the company and store personnel to address merchandising concerns.
- Provide clear instructions and feedback to merchandisers on performance and expectations.
- Performance Monitoring
- Track sales performance of displayed products and adjust merchandising strategies as needed.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess compliance with display standards.
- Prepare reports on merchandising performance and provide actionable insights to management.
- Training and Development
- Train and mentor merchandisers on best practices and company standards.
- Ensure team members are updated on product knowledge and promotional campaigns.
- Problem Solving
- Address issues related to stock shortages, damaged goods, or improper displays.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve any merchandising-related challenges promptly.
