The Pastry Specialist at AMCA Finefoods, Inc. is responsible for creating high-quality baked goods and pastries by applying strong knowledge of baking fundamentals, recipe development, and presentation techniques. The role focuses on product innovation, flavor pairing, and maintaining consistency to meet customer satisfaction and company standards.
Job Description
- Prepare, bake, and decorate a wide range of pastries, breads, and desserts.
- Apply baking and pastry fundamentals to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Develop and test new recipes while experimenting with flavors and presentation styles.
- Execute decorating techniques to enhance product appearance and appeal.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of ingredients and finished products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the R&D or production team in product innovation and process improvement.
Job Qualifications
- Diploma course in Pastry or a relevant field.
- Focused and knowledgeable in Pastry/Baking.
- Proficient in baking & pastry fundamentals and decorating techniques.
- Skilled in product presentation, recipe development, and flavor pairing.
- Creative, innovative, and open to experimentation in pastry development.
- Strong attention to detail with commitment to quality and consistency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
