Kitchen Operation
Create innovative and assorted variety of sumptuous desserts and pastries for daily breakfast and in-room dining
· To oversee kitchen outlet operation and ensure that standards and procedures are implemented.
· To check upon arrival and prior to leaving kitchen safety, cleanliness, proper storing and labelling.
· Leads kitchen brigade ensure that food is fresh and prepared of highest quality.
· Coach and develop team members to minimize deficiencies in operation.
· Build trust, respect and teamwork among team members.
· Maintain and organize an efficient work flow.
· Ensure that kitchen standard, policies and procedures are implemented.
· Proper forecasting, ordering and maintaining of food and non-food items to ensure that budget is achieved.
· Supervise personnel in preparing, cooking and dispatching of food.
· To assist Executive Chef and Sous Chef in developing new food products, ideas, new applications and relationship in the kitchen.
· Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation.
· Ensure compliance related to food laws and regulation.
Guest Satisfaction
· Provide guest experience above satisfaction.
· Managing daily operations to ensure that high food quality is achieved.
· Sets a positive example to the kitchen brigade to ensure guest satisfaction is delivered.
· Interacts with guests to get feedback.
· Handle guest problem and complain.
Culinary Goals
· To assist in planning, organizing and to execute team goals with the kitchen brigade.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
