- Decorating and presenting pastries in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Assisting in creating new dessert recipes and specialty pastry items to keep the menu fresh and engaging.
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the pastry kitchen, including compliance with health regulations.
- Operating and maintaining pastry equipment and utensils properly.
- Ensuring timely preparation of baked items for various outlets within the resort.
