- Minimum 2 years of residential lending
- At least 1 year of admin support experience in the AU loan industry, including credit management
- Proficient in ApplyOnline and property valuaion tools (CoreLogic)
- Bachelor's/College Degree holder
- Essential skills: High work standards, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to learn quickly, a “customer first” attitude, ability to take feedback well, and a commitment to professional improvement
- Experience with online applications and CRMs (e.g., Mercury, Flex, Symmetry, Podium, SalesTrekker) is a plus
