Job Description
The Program Design Manager for Channel Management is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize channel partner relationships and drive revenue growth. This role involves designing programs and initiatives to support channel partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Crafting and Developing Channel-Initiated Promos and Customizing Brand-Initiated Programs
- Designs promotional programs in collaboration with CM/Brand Partners.
- Coordinates with channel heads to strategize and implement programs either for the entire channel or specific sub-channels (e.g., particular territories, stores).
- Works with the NTM Brand SPOC on brand-led programs, tailoring them for effective deployment across sales channels.
- Provides support for program implementation, handling documentation (e.g., PWP/work plan recommendations) and cascading information within established guidelines and parameters.
- Oversees program execution in partnership with relevant support teams and channels, ensuring alignment with brand and channel strategies.
Managing and Organizing Channel- and Brand-Initiated Programs
- Oversees the scheduling of programs to avoid duplication, resource waste, and overlap, ensuring full alignment with targeted goals.
- Maintains calendar for all programs/activities to streamline execution and coordination.
Leading Post-Analysis of Channel Promos and Programs
- Consolidates post-analysis reports for all executed promos and programs in the channels.
- Identifies consumer and channel insights, pinpointing successful elements and areas needing improvement.
- Seeks opportunities to enhance future program iterations, applying best practices and insights gained from past runs.
Facilitating Budget Monitoring for Channel-Initiated Programs
- Tracks approved budgets against actual expenses, reallocating savings as necessary.
- Ensures timely processing of payments, reimbursements, accruals, and savings reporting.
