Responsibilities
- Lead several design teams comprising of Electrical and Mechanical design engineers engaged in design and development of technology leading Switch Mode Power Supplies
- Define product architecture and ensure compliance with customer and industry requirement standards
- Generate, review, and implement engineering test plans focused on Robustness, Quality, and cost
- Seek/co-develop/implement new technologies
- Hands-on RFQ creation and involvement
- Implement company standards for design process
- Manage, mentor, and grow team size and design capabilitie
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering or Electronics & Communications Engineering
- 10 to 15 years of experience as Design Team Leader/ people management role.
- In-depth Knowledge of Switching Power Topologies
- Ability to design high performance power supplies will be an advantage
- Strong Organizational, Communication and Leadership skills required to deliver results
- Demonstrated pro-activeness, resourcefulness and high motivation
