Job Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 2-4 year(s) of working experience in Property Management specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Willing to be assigned in Carmona Cavite near Southwoods.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- To ensure the billing and collection of all unit owners are properly accounted and deposited.
- To monitor the expenses/disbursements on site with proper approval of the Board of Directors
- Prepare financial reports and filling of BIR.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
