JOB SUMMARY:
The Turnover Assistant/Associate is responsible for the implementation of plans and programs to continuously improve unit acceptance of buyers, quantitative and qualitative. Monitor and prepare accurate reports aligned with the PMDTS Tagging. Implement activities to ensure customers delightful during unit turnover.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inform buyers on the status of their units if ready for acceptance, handling buyer's queries and complaints through telephone calls and walk-in buyers to satisfy their needs and relieve the company on its maintenance by sending them notices and answering letters from buyers.
- Facilitate efficient feedback system/coordination, communication that encourages inputs and information dissemination through constant follow-ups by way of all means of communications.
- Schedule Turnover caravans as necessary.
- Provide status reports on the delivery plans including costs, major issues with owners and actions, risks, and mitigations as required by the Head of Handover/Turnover.
- Communicate regularly with other project-based Handover Managers to ensure an exchange of experience, good practice, and learning from mistakes.
- Manage and coordinate project handover processes and ensure that all appropriate documental evidence is provided.
- Ensure that overhead costs are minimized and that the project optimizes costs in its functional areas.
- Develop relationships with external suppliers and/or contractors.
- Perform all other related duties that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate head.
- Reports to the Head of PMD Turnover team and suggest on how to improve turnover activities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4-year course and/or related in the field of housing
- With at least 1 year work-related experience
- Good communication skills, decision-making skills, negotiation skills & listening skills
- Familiar with Accounting, Housekeeping, Security and Safety, and General Administration
- Service-oriented and good interpersonal skills

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
