Job Summary:
The Psychometrician is responsible for administering, scoring, and interpreting psychological and educational tests to support student assessment and guidance services. This role assists in identifying students’ abilities, aptitudes, and areas for development, providing essential data for academic and personal growth planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, score, and interpret psychological, aptitude, and academic tests in accordance with professional standards.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student assessment records.
- Assist in developing testing schedules and ensuring smooth test administration.
- Prepare reports and provide insights to the Guidance Counselor, faculty, and administration for student development programs.
- Support guidance and counseling activities by providing test data and evaluation results.
- Stay updated with current trends, tools, and best practices in psychometrics and educational measurement.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and applicable laws in handling student data.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Psychometrician in the Philippines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field.
- Knowledge of psychological testing tools and procedures.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
