The Reservations Manager oversees the hotel’s reservations operations to maximize room revenue and ensure guest satisfaction. This role is responsible for managing individual and group reservations, monitoring room availability, implementing effective rate strategies, and leading the reservations team to deliver efficient, accurate, and guest-focused service in line with The Lake Hotel Tagaytay’s standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the reservations team, ensuring all bookings are handled promptly, accurately, and professionally.
- Monitor room inventory, overbooking, and availability to optimize occupancy and revenue.
- Implement and maintain effective yield management strategies in coordination with the Sales & Marketing team.
- Ensure proper handling of group reservations, including contracts, room blocks, and cut-off dates.
- Manage and update rates, packages, and promotions across reservation systems and online platforms.
- Respond to guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints related to reservations, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Coordinate with the Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to align booking strategies and guest experience.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate reservations staff to maintain high standards of productivity and service.
- Analyze reservation reports and trends, providing accurate forecasts and recommendations to management.
- Ensure all reservation policies and procedures comply with hotel standards and brand vision.
- Other related task as may be assigned by the management.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
