Qualifications:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist
- Newly licensed RT are welcome to apply

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides respiratory therapy treatments by performing bronchopulmonary drainage, assisting patients with breathing exercises, and monitoring physiological responses such as vital signs, arterial blood gases, and changes in blood chemistry. Oversees and directs treatments administered by aides, technicians, and assistants
- Evaluates the effectiveness of respiratory therapy treatment plans by observing, documenting, and assessing patient progress; recommends adjustments or modifications as needed to optimize outcomes
- Support patients in achieving their treatment goals by administering inhalants and operating respiratory support equipment, including mechanical ventilators, therapeutic gas delivery systems, environmental control systems, and arterial aerosol generators.
- Deliver high-quality respiratory care by conducting pulmonary function tests, interpreting evaluations and test results, and developing individualized respiratory therapy plans.
- Meet patients goals and needs provides quality care by conducting pulmonaryfunction tests; assessing and interpreting evaluations and test results; determining respiratory therapy treatment plans consultations with physicians and by prescription
- Maintains patient confidence and protects hospital operations by keeping information confidential
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Protects patients and employees by adhering to infrection control policies and protocols
- Explaining health care treatment procedures to patients to gain cooperation
