Senior Executive-Workforce Management-WFM

• Manage, maintain, and improve reporting requirements for the campaign;
• Create dashboards and decks for business reviews and presentations;
• Acts as backup for the MIS AM;
• Knows basic automation of reports;
• Provides basic analysis to reports and gives recommendations on how to improve numbers;
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

Work Experience Requirements

• 2+ year of analysis and reporting experience;
• Team Management
• Data visualization and storytelling.
• Any amount of experience in programming (VBA or SQL) is a plus.
• Power Platform – (Power Automate and Power BI)
