Description
Site Finance Support Staff manage local financial operations, including petty cash and site-specific payments, and provide support for centralized processes.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare vouchers for site-specific transactions and ensure supporting documents are attached.
Maintain accurate petty cash records and ensure timely replenishment.
Deliver checks to vendors and record their acknowledgment.
Collaborate with the central team on month-end reconciliation tasks.
Ensure adherence to financial policies at the site level, including expense management.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
3+ years of experience in accounts receivable and revenue management.
Strong knowledge of revenue recognition standards.
Experience with QuickBooks Online and reporting tools.
Analytical and communication skills.
