Position: Social Media Admin – 20 Hours/Week
Schedule: 12:00 AM – 4:00 AM | Tuesday to Saturday (Philippine Time)
Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Admin to support a growing business with its day-to-day social media operations. You’ll be responsible for managing content calendars, scheduling and publishing posts, writing engaging captions, and providing light community engagement. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, visually aware, and confident in writing copy that reflects the brand’s tone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and schedule posts using SocialPilot
- Write compelling, on-brand captions for social media content
- Publish content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Assist in capturing photo and video content for social channels when needed
- Monitor and respond to messages and comments on social platforms
- Maintain and update content calendars to support campaign timelines
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience managing social media for a brand or business
- Strong writing skills with a creative and engaging tone
- Familiarity with SocialPilot or similar scheduling tools
- Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Understanding of platform-specific best practices, trends, and posting strategies
- Stable internet connection and a quiet, home-based work environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 per week
