QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 3-4 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a professional kitchen setting.
- Background in various cuisines and strong culinary skills.
- Experience in high-volume production is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, organization, and time management skills.
- At least High School Graduate, Vocational Courses or Culinary
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily production operations in the commissary kitchen.
- Ensure all products meet company quality standards and are prepared on schedule for store delivery.
- Assist in menu development and production planning.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
