Role Overview:
The Chef De Cuisine is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of the kitchen in a fine dining establishment.
This position requires exceptional culinary skills, creativity, and leadership abilities to ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
The Chef De Cuisine collaborates closely with the executive chef to develop menus, manage kitchen staff, and uphold culinary excellence in line with the restaurant's vision and standards.
