Job Description
We are seeking a talented and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team in Cebu City, Philippines. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent to support our organization's growth and success.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques, including leveraging social media platforms and professional networks
- Represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and other recruitment activities
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations throughout the hiring process
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive employer brand
- Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent interviewing and assessment techniques
- Knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies and best practices
- Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes
- Understanding of labor laws and employment regulations in the Philippines
- Knowledge of industry hiring trends and best practices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
