The Territory Sales Specialist is in charge of accounts acquisition and retention, competition monitoring, agency relationship management, and local warehousing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Close sales to reach monthly and annual sales volume targets.
- Create route plans that balances excellent account management and keeping cost-to-route and cost-per-call within budget.
- Manage relationship with clients/accounts and key agencies in assigned area/s
- Conducts technical/demo selling.
- Tracks competitor activity in order to come up with appropriate sales strategies to gain competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any business course
- At least two years of experience in B2B sales is required
- At least two years of experience in making and planning field routing
- Must be from the exact city of operations and familiar with the entire provincial scope below
- Previous experience in the construction materials industry and/or FMCG, retail, or general trade industry is preferred
- Must own a motorcycle or car and possess a driver’s license (to ease routing tasks)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
