- The Process Improvement Specialist will ensure that processes are streamlined to achieve optimal results

- Oversee current projects and ensure that they are delivered at the shortest possible time, with the least possible cost

- he or she will evaluate, plan, and implement improvements in business processes and practices. Other aspects of the job can include team building and group facilitation, compiling and tracking data, and preparing training materials.
