- Prepare and issue Sales Invoices accurately and on time.
- Assist in the analysis of Balance Sheet accounts, including Aging of Accounts Receivable and Advances from Customers.
- Support general accounting tasks, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Prepare disbursements for both trade and non-trade transactions.
- Assist in the preparation and recording of Accounts Receivable (Receipts).
- Help manage inventory tagging and tracking of fixed and non-capitalizable
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
