Checks the Accounting Books (Sales Book, Purchase Book, Cash Receipt Book and Cash Disbursement Book)
Reconciles all Accounting Books against Invoices and Receipts.
Check all the BIR Form 2307 to be submitted to the Internal Accountant.
To regularly coordinate with the Internal Accountant for all the BIR remittances and cases.
To secure copies of the duly filed BIR Forms from the Internal Accountant.
To maintain all BIR Accounting Files.
To monitor all the sites as to the monthly bookbinding of the Sales Invoice.
Check all the invoices and official receipts issued by the companies.
Maintain a record area for all the companies books.
Other accounting duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
