Position Overview:
The Accounts Receivable Associate - eCommerce (B2C) to help track and manage payments from online customer orders. You will check that payments are correct, help fix any issues, and work with other team to keep things running smoothly. This is great opportunity for someone who wants to start a career in accounting or eCommerce finance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review and match daily online sales in eCommerce Platforms with payment records.
- Help fix payment problems like missing or duplicate charges.
- Maintain accurate customer and recording of sales transaction data, shipping and refunds in accounting and eCommerce systems
- Generate and prepare Invoices from Accounting system
- Assist in monthly reconciliation of gross sales, sales order, including discounts and returns
- Support the integration of payment platforms with ERP/accounting software
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or currently completing) in Accounting, finance, or a related field
- Basic understanding of online shopping and payment systems
- Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented and organized
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
