Role: Accounts Receivable & Trust Accounting Specialist
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary

The Accounts Receivable & Trust Accounting Specialist is responsible for managing multiple finance-related inboxes, processing incoming payments, tracking check deposits, supporting trust account reconciliations, and assisting with other critical accounting functions. This role ensures timely, accurate, and compliant handling of all receivables and related transactions while providing support to internal stakeholders.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Inbox & Communication Management
- Monitor and manage finance-related inboxes to ensure prompt and professional responses.
- Review, categorize, and escalate emails as needed for timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve inquiries from property owners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
2. Payment Processing & Check Management
- Process incoming real estate commission checks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Track and log locally deposited checks (Hawaii operations).
- Manage returned checks, including follow-up and resolution with relevant parties.
- Facilitate expedited check printing and mailing requests as required.
3. Research & Recovery
- Conduct research on unclaimed property and support collection/recovery efforts.
- Investigate and resolve missing operations (Ops) transactions to ensure complete and accurate accounting records.
4. Reconciliation & Accounting Support
- Assist with trust account reconciliation, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation for audit readiness.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Accounts receivable, banking, or trust accounting experience preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and accounting software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
