Position: HR / Admin Supervisor

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable HR / Admin
Supervisor to manage daily office operations while also supporting core human resource functions. This role provides direct support to department heads and executive management, handles high-level administrative concerns, and ensures smooth coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow across departments
- Coordinate directly with department heads and the CEO/COO for operational and personnel concerns
- Handle some executive-level administrative concerns, office compliance, and support issue resolution
- Supervise office support staff and monitor resource allocations (supplies, assets, facilities, etc.)
- Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and external partners for admin-related transactions
- Supervise daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, timekeeping, and benefits administration
- Coordinate with external agencies for government-mandated benefits and reporting (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE)
- Draft, review, and maintain administrative or Human Resource documents, contracts, and internal memos
- Maintain organized filing systems for HR and administrative records, contracts, and correspondence
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and assist in implementing process improvements
- Support employee performance management, policy implementation, and disciplinary actions
- Assist in developing HR programs, trainings, and engagement activities
- Prepare and monitor HR/Admin reports and documentation for management review
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2-5 years of experience in an HR or Admin supervisory role
- Strong understanding of administrative processes and HR practices
- Effective communicator with excellent coordination, planning, and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
