JOB DESCRIPTION
- Incharge in Inventory and Asset Management in Project Site Offices
- Assist in setting up processes for new asset entries or disposal
- Ensure that inventory is stored systematically for easy access, identification and safety.
- Keep detailed records of all site assests such as laptops, printers, appliances, furniture and equipment.
- Ensure all assets are iproperly labeled with assest tags or identification numbers.
- Ensure there are no duplicate taggings or missing items.
-Monitor which assets are in use, in storage, under repair or transferred to another sites.
- Perform regular audits or physical counts to verify asset presence and condition.
- Prepare documentation when assets are transferred, returned or dispose of
- Reconcile asset records with actual inventory and report discrepancies.
- Immediately report missing or damaged items to Admin Manager
- Coordinate with procurement or finance department to track asset pruchases, transfers and disposals.
- Ensure compliance with company asset management policies and industry standards
- Assist in annual audits and asset verification exercises.
-Check for wear and tear if tagging is being updated or re-verified.
- Verify and check reported items by the Site Admin.
-Generate regular inventory and asset reports to Admin Manager
-Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with vendors or building management.
-Liaise with building management and external vendors for repairs, cleaning and other facility-related services.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, service reports and vendor contacts.
- Support space planning, office arrangement and workplace improvement projects.
- Supervise administrative and operational staff to ensure adherence to company standars and procedures.
-Collaborative with Admin Manager and staff to gather input and ensure practicality of procedures.
- Monitor and manage daily office or operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
- Conduct regular staff briefings, updates and performance check-ins
- Maintain training records and track employee participation.
- Handle minor staff concerns and escalate issues to the Admin Manager when necessary
- Facilitate onboarding and training of news staffs as needed
- Organize and manage filing systems (digital and physical)
- Prepare reports and other documentation as needed.
-Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Address and resolve administrative issues and conflicts efficiently
EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- At least five (5) years of extensive work experience as Supervisor or Assistant. Manager Level

- Adaptability and can work under pressure
- Ability to construct, interpret, explain policies and procedures within the Department or organization as a whole.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with comprehensive exposure in business presentations to senior
stakeholders, peers, and general audience
- With Safety Officer 3 Certificate
- Preferably with a driver’s license, but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
