- Perform general administration duties such as managing correspondence, scheduling appointments.
- Provides administrative support to all departments.
- Monitoring of office equipment, supplies, machines or properties to office.
- Monitors inventory count and records of all internal central supplies i.e. collaterals and forms; office furniture’s & equipment including Repairs & Maintenance
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies
- Prepares inventories of assets & furniture.
- Develop and maintain an efficient filing system.
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes (Minutes of the Meeting-MOM)
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Adapt to changing priorities and contribute positively to a dynamic environment
- Mainly responsible in timekeeping
- Providing administrative assistance to top executives.
- Direct reporting to HR Supervisor
- Support HR activities and performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
