- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance requests.
- Assist in developing and maintaining office policies and procedures.
- Draft, proofread, and edit emails, memos, reports, and official documents.
- Act as a point of contact between employees, clients, and management.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Send meeting reminders and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update company databases, contact lists, and employee records.
- Organize and archive documents digitally and physically.
- Track office expenses and prepare budget reports.
- Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Assist in processing client requests and transactions.
- Support HR functions like onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files.
- Process invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
- Coordinate with the IT department to troubleshoot IT issues.
- Maintain digital records and ensure data security compliance.
- Support various departments with data compilation.
