POSITION REQUIREMENTS
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Responsible for providing administrative and general services support and coordinates the employee relations initiatives and other related activities company wide.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Coordinates messengerial, security and janitorial services for Cavite Office including, but not limited to, the following:
- a. Supervision of telephone operator/ receptionist
- b. Guidance of contracted utility personnel through assigned supervisor
- c. Coordination of general administrative vehicle requirements
2. Coordinates with Projects and Facilities Management Head regarding concerns on the following areas:
- a. Building utilities, repairs and sanitation (e.g. air conditioning, electrical, water, etc.)
- b. Cleanliness/Maintenance of surrounding premise (e.g., Parking area, roads, shore, etc.)
3. Coordinates on the following areas:
- a. Reception, messengerial, security and janitorial services
- b. Facilities and building-related concerns (e.g. furniture, meeting rooms, pantry, comfort rooms, etc.)
- c. Work station/area related requirements (e.g. work table/cubicle – table & chair, voice – telephone unit & access code, data – intranet & internet access; internal & external email address)
4. Coordinates with concerned departments on repair and maintenance concerns of offices (e.g carpentry, mechanical and electrical).
5. Coordinates with Corporate Information Technology Department and Third-Party Service Provider on data and voice requirements & concerns (e.g., repair, maintenance, troubleshooting)
6. Performs the following tasks related to employee relations:
- a. Prepares notices and reports on employee violations and corresponding disciplinary action for each violation
- b. Assists in the development and implementation of Employee Corporate Activities (e.g., Company Summer Outing or Sportsfest and Christmas Party) and Recognition Programs (e.g., Birthday Celebration, Perfect Attendance, Model Employee)
- c. Process the logistical requirements concerning office uniform (e.g., coordination with selected supplier)
- d. Maintains and files labor cases records
7. Prepares administrative-related memo and advisory for the Corporate Group.
8. Informs Immediate Superior and/or food safety Team on any concern related to food Safety Management System.
9. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
