- Able to apply knowledge of our Globe's products, services, and related processes and policies in order to effectively support sales and service specialists, and cashiers in fulfilling customer requests and resolving issues.
- Reviews submitted documents based on CAPP
- Conducts phone verification, systems checking
- Transmits all activated and cancelled applications to warehouse for safekeeping
- Able to safeguard and account assigned Prepaid and Lifestyle stocks for selling
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least with Associate degree in sales and marketing course or any related field of course
- With pleasing personality
- Have the ability to familiarize easily with the products.
- With experience in a telco company, or in retail sales is an Advantage
- Must have the ability to do multitasking
- With exceptional customer service skills
