1. Oversee proper dissemination of policies, directives, and instructions of the Executives ensuring proper appropriate action;
2. Distribute through proper transmittal, inter-organization circular, memoranda, reports, and other documents for proper receipt or notation of the proper accomplishment;
3. Distribute to personnel all forms required to accomplish and carry out administration or logistics support services ensuring their control and proper accomplishment;
4. Facilitate the handling and production of documents, forms, and communications the external transmittal to concerned parties;
5. Familiarize with the project's details and information;
6. Conduct employee recruitment, including interviews and selection;
7. Provide assistance in endorsing cases of grievances and complaints within the organization with the consent of the manager and submit to Human Resources Group;
8. Prepare employee evaluation, manage reports, manuals, correspondence, and other documents; and
9. Perform other tasks as assigned by his/her immediate superior.
