About the role
Techcare Electronics Service Center is seeking a dedicated and organised Admin Staff to join our vibrant team in Balagtas Bulacan. This full-time position will be responsible for providing administrative support to our growing electronics service centre, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
What you'll be doing
- Providing general administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
- Assisting with the processing of customer service requests and maintaining detailed records
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow
- Performing data entry and maintaining up-to-date electronic and physical filing systems
- Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
What we're looking for
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptability and flexibility to handle a variety of tasks
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role
